COMPETITION RESPONSIBILITIES

COMPETITION HOST RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Packet must be mailed out One Month prior to the competition.
  2. Do follow up calls 2 weeks prior
  3. Let N.J.U.S.G.F know the number of Gymnasts entered in the competition Two Weeks prior.
  4. Get the COMPETITION SANCTIONED.
  5. Talk to your mens coach and be sure you know the scoring procedure for Class 6's and 7's .If they are unsure please give us a call.
  6. Entry packet must include:
    1. Entry form
    2. Directions
    3. Hotel information
    4. Schedule of events.
  7. Make sure it is noted in the packet CHECKS PAYABLE TO N.J.U.S.G.F.
  8. Keeping an accurate record of all Clubs / Gymnasts and payments.
