From the South: From the South: Garden State Parkway North to Exit 117 (Route #35). Off the Parkway bear right and take Route #35 South toward Red Bank. *Continue past Middletown Police Station and Howard Johnson's. Take Jughandle right before the overpass. The Jughandle is at Apple Farm Road. Take Route #35 North. Gym is approximately ¼ mile on the right in the Furniture Mart building. Turn right onto Kanes Lane at The Furniture Mart and the gym entrance is on the side of the building (blue doors).

From the North: From the North: Garden State Parkway South to Exit 117 (Routes #35 and #36). Off the Parkway bear right and take Route #35 South toward Red Bank. *Follow the above directions.
