From Route 80 West: Take local lanes to exit #63 (Fair Lawn - Rt. 4/Lodi - Rt. 17). Turn right at the exit ramp. At the traffic light turn left onto Essex Street. Go to the next traffic light and turn left onto Main Street. Turn right at the next light onto Outwater Lane. At the second traffic light make a left onto Midland Avenue. Palaestra is located in the first building on the right after the ballpark.

From Route 80 East: Take Route 80 East to exit #62 A/B (Garden State Parkway/Saddle Brook). Continue onto exit #62A to Midland Avenue/Saddle Brook. Stay in th right lane and continue to bear right at the exit towards the Midland Avenue exit. Bear right at the exit ramp. Make a right at the traffic light onto New Pehle Avenue. At the next traffic light make a left onto Midland Avenue. Continue on Midland Avenue for two traffic lights (approximate 1.5 miles). Palaestra is about 500 feet past the second light, on the right after the ballpark.

From Garden State Parkway South: Take the Garden State Parkway to Exit #159. After the toll plaza bear right and take the exit marked I-80 East/Saddle Brook. Stay in the right lane and take the exit marked Saddle Brook. At the exit split bear right towards Saddle Brook/Fair Lawn. After the exit merge right onto Midland Avenue. Continue on Midland Avenue for three traffic lights (approximately 1.75 miles). Palaestra is about 500 feet past the third light, on the right after the ballpark.

From Garden State Parkway North: Take the Garden State Parkway to exit #159. After the toll plaza bear right and take the exit towards Saddle Brook. At the second traffic light, make a left onto Midland Avenue. Continue on Midland Avenue for two traffic lights (approximately 1.5 miles). Palaestra is about 500 feet past the second light, on the right after the ballpark.

From Route 17 South: Take Route 17 South to exit marked Essex Street, Maywood/Paterson. Bear right at the exit onto Essex Street. At the second traffic light, make a left onto Main Street. Turn right at the next light onto Outwater Lane. At the second traffic light make a left onto Midland Avenue. Palaestra is located in the first building on the right after the ballpark.

From Route 17 North: Take Route 17 North to the exit marked Essex Street, Maywood/Paterson. Make a left at the exit ramp onto Essex Street. At the second traffic light, make a left onto Main Street. Turn right at the next light onto Outwater Lane. At the second traffic light make a left onto Midland Avenue. Palaestra is located in the first building on the right after the ballpark.

From Route 46 East: Take Route 46 East and take the exit marked Outwater Lane, Garfield/Passaic. Make a right at the top of the exit ramp. Continue onto Outwater Lane and make a left at the next traffic light onto Midland Avenue. Palaestra is located in the first building on the right after the ballpark.

From Route 46 West: Take Route 46 West and take the exit marked Outwater Lane, Garfield/Passaic. Make a left at the top of the exit ramp. Continue onto Outwater Lane and make a left at the next traffic light onto Midland Avenue. Palaestra is located in the first building on the right after the ballpark.

From Route 4 East: After crossing the Passaic River Bridge, proceed through the town of Elmwood Park and make a right onto Midland Avenue. Continue on Midland Avenue for five traffic lights (approximate 3 miles). Palaestra is about 500 feet past the fifth light, on the right after the ballpark.

From Route 4 West: Take Route 4 West and take the exit in the right lane marked Plaza Road, Fair Lawn. On the exit ramp bear left onto Plaza Road. Continue one block after the traffic light and make a right onto Ellington Road. Go one block and make a left onto Midland Avenue. Continue on Midland Avenue for five traffic lights (approximate 3 miles). Palaestra is about 500 feet past the fifth light, on the right after the ballpark.

From the New Jersey Turnpike: Take the NJ Turnpike North to Route 80 West. Follow directions from Route 80 West listed above.

From the Palisades Interstate Parkway: Take the Palisades Interstate Parkway South to Fletcher Avenue (US-9W). After two traffic lights make a left at the exit marked I-95 South to I-80 West, New Jersey Turnpike/Garden State Parkway. Take the Turnpike to exit #69, I-80 West Local/Garden State Parkway/Paterson. Follow directions from Route 80 West listed above.

Parking: Our parking is on the left side of the building. Parking anywhere along the fence, on the street, or in the front lot will cause you to be ticketed or towed.
