From the north:Take I-295 south to exit 43B (Delran). At the first traffic light, make a left onto Centerton Road. Go one mile to traffic light and make a left onto Hartford Road. Go to the bottom of the hill; the gym is on the right-hand side, just prior to the I-295 overpass.

From the south: Take I-295 to exit 40A (Route 38 East). At the second traffic light, follow the signs for Hartford Road. Take the jug-handlebehind the Sunoco gas station. Cross over Route 38 and go through one traffic light, and under two (2) overpasses. The gym is on the left-hand side, just past the second overpass.

From the NJ Turnpike:Take the Turnpike Exit 5. Make a left at the traffic light onto Route 541 and follow signs to I-295. Then follow thedirections from the north.
